Liberty is the Breath of Life to Nations

Happy Independence Day from Earth Elements! Obviously, Earth Elements works with many international brands and partners, but for this month, we would like to highlight some "Made in U.S.A." products from our lineup. The American work ethic has always been a point of pride for it's citizens, and it will continue to be for years to come. The work environment may be changing even as we publish this article, but the end result remains the same; great people, with a great mindset, making great products. Let's take a deeper look into some products that are "Made in U.S.A."

In 1892, Marvel's parent company began making ice boxes in Greenville, Michigan. Under the name "Ranney Refrigerator" they delivered their products by horse and buggy. Throughout the 1900's, Ranney Refrigerator went through some hard ships: their factory burns down, but they diligently rebuild. World War II begins, they shift production in order to manufacture air tank shields. After many different acquirements and business changes, Marvel joins the group. In 1992, Marvel introduces their first undercounter units, and with all this history behind them, they come out the gate swinging. Today, they continue to create all of their products in the United States and strive to innovate on the refrigeration history that began over 100 years ago.

In the slideshow above, we've listed just a handful of the many products that Marvel offers. From beverage centers to freezers, from ice makers to beverage dispensers, Marvel has anything you could possibly want for your kitchen, wet bar, or outdoor patio.

In Scottsdale, Arizona, Tabarka Studio experiments with something truly unique: using materials from around the globe, to create something new domestically. Tabarka specializes in creating tiles that are designed with careful consideration and care. After years working with clay and glaze, they expanded into the distinctive world of antique woods and exclusive stone. Let's explore some of their "local" options that are truly made in the United States.

All of the above tiles are hand painted inside the Tabarka Studio. These are just 6 of the over 200 options that are available in their Hand Painted Terracotta collection.

Are you looking for something besides a clay or stone tile? The Parquet collection from Tabarka Studio may be right up your alley. These beautiful wood designs are sure to put an individual spin on your home.

Finally, let's talk domestic stone. In case you didn't know, Earth Elements cuts, polishes, and installs all kinds of stone. Countertops, backsplashes, and even tables are within our wheelhouse. And of course, we source some stone from some great domestic partners. Allow us to highlight one in particular: Vermont Mable and Granite.

There may be one particular location you might recognize some products from VMG: Washington D.C. Danby Gray marble is one of the major white marbles used in many of our capital's buildings. With a quarry right in Vermont, all of the stone and marble is sourced and crafted right in the United States. Take a look at the slides below for some inspiration for your next countertop (and more).

All of the above products can be found in the U.S. and your nearest Earth Elements Design Center®. Feel free to contact us below to find your next "Made in the U.S.A." product, but of course remember, we also partner with a plethora of international manufacturers and companies. Choose the style that is right for you and know we can get you supplied, no matter where you choose to look.

Imagine. Let's Create.
